Cody Morningstar founded Morningstar Engineering & Land Surveying LLC in the Fall of 2020 to provide landowners, developers, utility companies, farmers, industrial and commercial companies, municipalities etc. with precise, personal, and professional civil engineering and land surveying services. A professional engineer (PE) and professional land surveyor (PLS) licensed in Pennsylvania, he has designed and permitted various residential, commercial and industrial projects throughout the state. His ten plus years of experience have included boundary retracement surveys, developing subdivision plans, sewage disposal design and planning, Oil & Gas development design and permitting, construction stakeout survey and topographic surveys/mapping.

Cody will be the surveyor on-site and the engineer behind your design from start to finish, seeing solutions from all angles of the profession.
